These pants have undergone significant modernization based on direct feedback from military operators working in the harshest conditions.

Materials:

• Primary Fabric: Battle Grade Rip-Stop (65% Cotton / 35% Polyester) with a 2x2 High-Density weave. It offers superior resistance to abrasion and cuts and enhanced flame resistance, while remaining highly breathable and quick-drying.

• IR Compliance: Thanks to VAT-Dyed technology, the fabric resists fading after washing and maintains masking properties in the IR (Infrared) spectrum.

Knee Reinforcement:

• Reinforced with USA-made Cordura 1000D—an ultra-durable fabric resistant to friction, cuts, and punctures.

• Includes integrated anatomical knee pads with 3D mesh to ensure comfort and impact protection during high-intensity operations.

Fit & Mobility:

• Ergonomic Cut: Completely redesigned for absolute freedom of movement—running, jumping, and bending cause zero restriction.

• Climate Control: Features two strategically placed ventilation vents to provide airflow without chafing.

• Adjustability: Reinforced elastic inserts and Velcro allow for precise volume adjustment at the knees and waist. The waistband is compatible with belts up to 5.5 cm wide.

• Silhouette: Designed to provide full mobility without being overly baggy.

• Equipped with heavy-duty nylon D-rings, buttons, and high-durability adjusters.

• Reinforced Stitching: Every critical seam is stitched with certified reinforced thread for maximum longevity.

Care Instructions: Machine wash at max 40°C (104°F) on a delicate cycle. Use mild detergents without aggressive chemicals or bleach. Avoid high-heat drying to preserve colorfastness and fabric properties.
